If your first choice is taken, you might use a middle initial (johnm@) or a nickname (steve@). We'll help you find an address that's unmistakably you.

Will I lose emails sent to my old address?

Not at all. You can forward your old email to your new address, so everything arrives in one place. Your old address keeps working as long as you keep it active.

How hard is this to set up?

We do the technical work. You'll receive simple instructions for adding your new address to your phone or computer — usually just entering your email and password. If you get stuck, we're here to help.

Can my whole family use the same domain?
